Car Loans
The absolute simplest way to finance your purchase, a car loan is an unsecured personal loan of up to £25,000. The term of the loan can vary from 12 months to 7 years to suit your requirement. Hire Purchase & Lease Purchase
Although sounding very different Hire Purchase and Lease Purchase are, essentially, the same thing. Hire Purchase and Lease Purchase use the car as security for the loan and upon completion of the repayments, title passes to you.
With either product there is no need for a deposit and with Lease Purchase a “balloon” or large payment can be added at the end of the agreement to keep monthly payments down. This balloon payment tends to relate to the anticipated value of the car at the end of the finance term.
Hire Purchase and Lease Purchase tend to be used for more expensive cars when the borrowings are in excess of the personal loan limits of £25,000 or when a lower monthly repayment is required and a balloon payment incorporated.
Private Contract Plan
A private contract plan is a variation of a Lease Purchase contract and tends to be used for new cars. The primary difference is that the finance company guarantee to buy back the car at the end of the agreement for the amount of the balloon payment, protecting you from any unexpected drop in car values. In return you sign a mileage contract that states that if you do more than the contracted mileage and want to take advantage of the balloon guarantee then you will pay a surcharge for each extra mile.

With Private Contract Plans you can either source your own vehicle or more usually, let our providers source it for you as invariably they have access to discounts unavailable to the general public.

Contract Hire
For company purchases we provide all UK specification models on Contract Hire for term of 2,3 or 4 years. Contract Hire is an operating lease and as such can offer tax advantages to your company.
