EB Commercial Finance have a range of specialist commercial loans available for practice acquisition and start up at highly competitive rates.

 There is usually no fee for our services and our consultants will liase with a network of high street banks to obtain the best rates possible for you.
The loans can be secured or unsecured under certain circumstances and interest rates are typically 1.25% over bank base rate.
Unsecured amounts tend to be restricted to approximately £150,000 per Dentist so a two Dentist partnership may be able to obtain up to £300,000 unsecured.
If security is available to cover the loan then there is no maximum amount that can be borrowed. If you do not wish to offer security and the amount raised on the commercial loan is insufficient, we have a panel of secondary lenders that we can utilise as a “top-up” facility.
The term of the loan varies from 5 – 25 years dependant on your age and circumstances. Often repayment holidays can be negotiated in to the loan to help with initial cash flow projections.
