 Many lenders look upon equity loans as falling between business and personal finance and as such are not inclined to offer such facilities. Through our links with the banks and other specialist finance companies we have specially negotiated an easy way to fund equity loans for partnership buy-in.
These loans are generally unsecured and can be funded over 1-7 years although longer terms are available with security. The loan repayments are calculated on a fixed rate basis and can be paid over directly to the firm if required or to the applicant if preferred.
The monthly repayment of the loan can be via the firm’s bank account or via the individual’s bank account and the liability of the loan rests solely with the individual, not the partnership.
Unsecured Equity loans from £5,000 - £150,000 can be arranged or if security is available there is no higher ceiling.
